This book is about that. The quiet habits capable women fall into without noticing: saying sorry when there is nothing to apologise for. Waiting to be invited. Softening a clear point until it disappears.

It is not against kindness. It is about what happens when “being nice” becomes a way of making yourself smaller.

This is an Insight Brunch in a group coaching format. We take the book as our starting point — not to retell the chapters, but to work with what it opens in us: voice, visibility, the reflex to please.

You leave with your insights and small shifts for Monday.

You don’t need to finish the whole book. Come with two or three moments that felt uncomfortably familiar.
