I’m an ACC ICF certified coach and Product Quality Manager working in Infineon Technologies in Munich, with previous experience at leading tech companies such as Porsche Engineering and Siemens Mobility. As I was living abroad for more than 14 years, I know how transformative and sometimes challenging international career and life abroad can be.
I am also a co-founder of an employee-driven community EmpowerHER@IFX focused on empowering women to lead and grow without compromise, and achieving equal opportunity with gender-balanced leadership.
