This brunch is not about sharing our success stories.

I want us to look at our daily behaviors and notice which ones make us smaller, or look less professional. We often think we are already past this. I thought so too. And then I found quite a few unconscious mistakes I still do in my regular life.

One of mine is minimizing my work or position. In the book this is mistake 63. Another is striving for perfection, mistake 59.

I don’t want us to go through every mistake in the book. Each of us can read that on our own. What I want in this time is to talk openly: what patterns we actually share, and how we can shift them.

I really want us to define our brand. To see which capabilities we have, and how we can introduce each other.

You don’t need to finish the whole book. You can come and listen.

We start with a small self-assessment. Seven chapters, and we look at which one is actually yours to work with:

• how you play the game
• how you act
• how you think
• how you brand and market yourself
• how you sound
• how you look
• how you respond

That shows where the improvement is. And then we sit in a circle and talk about it, with each other.
