(re-) Introducing Myself
My name is Evgenia Baliasnikova. I am a certified ACC ICF coach working mainly with female professionals living abroad.
Although men also reach out to me as well.
When I turned 18, I moved from Russia to the Czech Republic and lived in Prague for 10 years. For the past three years, I’ve been living in Munich. Recently, I got married and building an international family.

Education & Career
I graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
During my master’s program, I spent one semester as an exchange student at the University of Augsburg. That experience sparked my long-term goal of one day living in Bavaria as I fell in love with the nature and the mountains.
After studying German up to C1 level at the Goethe Institute, I moved to Munich five years later.
German is my fourth language and the most challenging one for me. I’m fluent in Russian, English, and Czech.

Professional Path
My career started at Porsche in Prague, where I joined as an intern and later worked for two years as a Safety Engineer.
A few years later, I was contacted via LinkedIn and offered a Safety Manager position at Siemens. I also tried to relocate to Germany, but it turned out to be more difficult than finding a job independently.
Since May 2023, I’ve been working at Infineon Technologies’ headquarters in Munich as a Staff Specialist Quality Management – Functional Safety.
Along the way, I also built strong expertise in career consulting. I ran my own self-development networking community in Prague for over two years, volunteered at TEDx, and participated as an educational speaker on women’s international career topics.
My Personal Coaching Journey
After getting my first internship at Porsche without connections or prior experience as a female expat, people started coming to me more and more for career advice. That’s how my parallel path as a career consultant began.
For almost five years, I helped professionals across Europe enter top companies. I supported them in preparing strong CVs and LinkedIn profiles, guided them through platform algorithms, and conducted mock interviews. As a result, my clients received offers from PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, Novartis, and many others.
That’s when I realized:
finding a job is not that difficult if you have a system. But finding work that energizes you instead of draining you — that’s a completely different level.
During my own period of figuring out “who I want to become when I grow up,” I became a coaching client myself.
The most powerful result of those sessions was my move from Prague to Munich.
Through coaching questions, I realized that my apathy wasn’t about my profession — it was about my environment and the place where I was living.
I felt that I had outgrown everything I had built in Prague. It was time for the next step. But I was scared. I doubted myself. Starting over felt overwhelming.
Still, I made the decision. And within two months, I went from job searching to receiving an offer in Munich.
Adapting to Germany is still not as easy for me as it was in the Czech Republic. But that’s another story.
From Consulting to Coaching
After experiencing such a turning point in my own life, I decided to study coaching.
I wanted to help people not only get great job offers, but also genuinely enjoy what they do.
I loved it so much that I gradually moved away from career consulting and fully immersed myself in coaching.
I completed professional education, earned my international ACC ICF certification, and have been a member of the International Coaching Federation for over two years.
Today, the topics people come to me with go far beyond “finding a career path,” because life is more than just work.

“Life Is Meant to Be Lived”
This is my philosophy.
That’s why my daily routine isn’t only about work.
I’ve been painting in an art studio for many years. I work out regularly (also because I’ve been dancing since childhood). I enjoy the world through my eyes, which is why I love surrounding myself with aesthetic details — from a cozy home to beautiful fashion pieces.
I’m deeply interested in self-development and personal finance, incl. investing, entrepreneurship because I believe these are essential skills in today’s fast-changing world.
Many people say I’m someone who knows what she wants and inspires others. I believe that’s true.
I’m often told that one of my biggest strengths is connecting like-minded people.
I truly love doing that because people are the most important value for me.
My Mission
My biggest wish is to help more women
(and of course men, though it feels most natural for me to work with women) rediscover fulfillment and interest in life and career abroad.
All of these I experience myself.
Everything I do in my coaching and everything I organize on my own leads to this mission.
Thank you for being here.
